About Us
Insights4Leaders was created to utilize our expertise as school administrators to work with new administrators and provide a foundation of support for success. Our focus supports new and experienced administrators as they develop collaboration skills needed for success in working with students and adults. Collectively we bring the following expertise:
- Rich leadership background in public schools with experience in multiple roles at local, district and regional levels.
- Supervised programs from early childhood through high school.
- Individual responsibilities included campus administration, central office leadership and staff development trainer/facilitators.
- Experience with districts of all sizes (rural, suburban, large urban).
Jan Barnett, M.Ed.
Jan has focused her leadership talents on working with both campus and district personnel in long-range planning and improvement of instructional programs and processes. Her instructional expertise includes both general and special education which provides a strong link in integrating programs for the benefit of all students.
Linda A. Reed, Ed.D.
Linda has expertise in creating collaborative learning teams that support student achievement and has led both campus and district effort that increased state accountability. Linda has extensive experience in coaching administrators having served as both a principal and assistant superintendent.
Marilyn Sumner, M.Ed.
Marilyn works with public and private schools as well as nonprofits with a focus on improving learning and organizations through collaboration. She has expertise in facilitating critical conversations for systemic change and has worked with educational initiatives at every level. Her special interest focuses on the learning needs for adult learners.
