Administrative Coaching

Administrative Coaching is a critical component for new and existing administrators.  With district positions often being eliminated, Insights4Leaders can provide the needed support for new or experienced administrators/coaches. This  coaching process meets the needs required for first-time principals in Texas (Chapter 241, Rule 241.25).

COACHING OF NEW AND/OR EXISTING ADMINISTRATORS THAT PROVIDES:

  • One-to-one leadership support conversations between an administrator and experienced coach
  • Expertise deepened through reflecting, planning, problem-solving and designing actions
  • Confidential, non-evaluative discussions focused on the needs and priorities identified by the administrator
  • Sessions scheduled at times that are relevant to the issues the administrator is facing

ADMINISTRATIVE COACHING DESIGN:

  • Two group meetings of identified administrators within the district. (One at the beginning and another as an evalutive process at the end of the year).
  • Four (4), fourty-five minutes to one hour individual  coaching sessions, scheduled at a time that meets the individual’s needs.
  • Delivery options mutually agreed upon (face-to-face or through technology)
  • Final follow-up session to review the year’s progress and provide feedback regarding the process

COST: $750 per participants (plus mileage costs)

Customized: Additional sessions may be added, group coaching sessions can be designed, or other services extended depending upon the need of the individual and the district. Additional costs may be incurred for expanded services and/or sessions.
