4-Part Structure

This learning structure is designed to integrate and connect four critical components throughout a continuous year-long leadership support and development process.  The content and skills address identified district priorities such as working through conflict to build trust or dialogue and problem-solving around accountability issues.

4-PART LEARNING STRUCTURE™ PROVIDES PARTICIPANTS:

  • Focus on participant-driven critical leadership issues identified for best practices and collaborative discussions.
  • Engage in collaborative, adult learning strategies applicable for use with campus groups.
  • Benefit from the experiences and perspectives within this collegial network to help one another solve problems and succeed.
  • Deepen individual expertise in reflecting, planning, problem-solving and preparedness to take action to achieve positive results for students and the organization they serve.

4-PART LEARNING STRUCTURE™ DESIGN:

Participants commit to five meeting days during the school year with times adapted to meet district needs.

  • Interactive best practices focus (1/2 day session each designated month)
  • Facilitated peer group collaborative discussions and problem solving (1/2 day each desginated month)
  • Reflecting for action to challenge existing mental models and to improve the quality of decisions and actions.
  • One-on-one coaching with a facilitator to address the challenges of daily educational and professional lives.

COST:
