4-PART LEARNING STRUCTURE™
This learning structure is designed to integrate and connect four critical components throughout a continuous year-long leadership support and development process. The content and skills address identified district priorities such as working through conflict to build trust or dialogue and problem-solving around accountability issues.
4-PART LEARNING STRUCTURE™ PROVIDES PARTICIPANTS:
- Focus on participant-driven critical leadership issues identified for best practices and collaborative discussions.
- Engage in collaborative, adult learning strategies applicable for use with campus groups.
- Benefit from the experiences and perspectives within this collegial network to help one another solve problems and succeed.
- Deepen individual expertise in reflecting, planning, problem-solving and preparedness to take action to achieve positive results for students and the organization they serve.
4-PART LEARNING STRUCTURE™ DESIGN:
Participants commit to five meeting days during the school year with times adapted to meet district needs.
- Interactive best practices focus (1/2 day session each designated month)
- Facilitated peer group collaborative discussions and problem solving (1/2 day each desginated month)
- Reflecting for action to challenge existing mental models and to improve the quality of decisions and actions.
- One-on-one coaching with a facilitator to address the challenges of daily educational and professional lives.
COST:
Sessions are customized to meet the needs of the district and/or campus.
